How access works

Attended access

You're at the keyboard.

  • One-time 6-digit PIN, valid 30 minutes, single use
  • Lightweight run-once helper — nothing stays installed
  • You see every action live and can end the session instantly
  • Session terminates and the helper self-deletes on disconnect

Unattended access

For managed endpoints.

  • Signed lightweight agent, deployed by your IT admin
  • Per-device enrollment with an admin-approved policy scope
  • Revocable from the dashboard at any time, device by device
  • Every connection still raises an alert and an audit record

Security protocols

TLS 1.3 end-to-end

All session traffic is encrypted in transit with modern ciphers; relays never store screen data.

Ephemeral session PINs

PINs are single-use, expire in 30 minutes, and are rate-limited against brute force.

Zero-Trust authorization

Every session is authorized independently — no standing access, no shared technician credentials.

Recorded and audited

Session recording plus an immutable audit log of who connected, when, and what was accessed.

What a technician can and cannot see

During an attended session the technician sees only the screen you share, for the duration of the session. No background file browsing, no clipboard capture, and no access after the session ends. Least-privilege scopes mean elevated actions require your explicit on-screen approval.

Compliance: SOC 2 Type II readiness program in progress; TLS 1.3, Zero-Trust session authorization, and full audit logging are live today.
