Run to Work (runtowork.com) is a business service operated by Norbeck Technologies. We provide AI call answering, scheduling, messaging, and back-office support to business customers.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number.
• Messages, call recordings, transcripts, and voicemails handled on your behalf.
• Account, billing, and subscription records needed to provide the service.
• Basic website analytics such as pages viewed and referring source.

How we use it

We use your information to answer and route calls, book appointments, respond to enquiries, send service and billing notices, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and phone numbers

Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send the messages you asked for — appointment confirmations and reminders, callback notifications, service alerts, and replies to your enquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Sharing
