SMS consent and opt-in

Run to Work sends text messages only to people who have asked for them. This page documents exactly how and where that consent is collected.

Where consent is collected

Consent is collected on our web sign-up form at runtowork.com/growth-signup. The mobile number field is optional, and the messaging checkbox is unchecked by default — no one is enrolled without ticking it.

The exact opt-in wording

I agree to receive text messages from Run to Work (Norbeck Technologies) at the number provided, including appointment confirmations, reminders, callback notifications, and replies to my enquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What we send

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Callback and missed-call notifications from your answering service.
  • Replies to an enquiry you submitted.
  • Account and service alerts, such as billing or outage notices.

Sample message:
